FAQ

What is clinical Pilates?
Pilates overseen by a physiotherapist (or DMA-certified instructor) with a rehabilitation focus — tailored to your individual needs, focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility and controlled movement.
How is it different from regular Pilates or a gym workout?
Personalization and rehabilitation focus. Exercises are modified for your needs; instructors bring a physiotherapy education. It's gentler than bootcamp workouts but still challenging in a controlled way.
Who can benefit?
Almost anyone — especially those with back/neck pain, recovering from injury, or with slipped discs or joint issues. Also great for athletes, older adults and pre/postnatal mothers.
Will I be able to do it as a beginner?
Absolutely. Many clients are first-timers. The first session teaches basics — engaging your core, breathing and form — and progresses gradually.
How often should I attend?
1–2 times per week. After 6–8 weeks of regular practice, most people notice significant improvements in core strength, posture and daily comfort.
